Accountability- Personally, accountable for all my own work with little to no supervision needed. Performed complex task, daily.
Technical Operations- Skillfully performed the duties of Information Technology for security department; troubleshooting, programs, training, made forms and spreadsheets. Technical and security related technical support for officers. Supervised a small crew, trained them in customer service, attention to detail from suspicious activities to things being out of place (bombs, theft, lost children etc.), assigned duties, in command for emergency situations via vehicle break-ins, vendor break-ins, public fights, drunks, homeless etc. IT support also included installing/uninstalling software, and Windows OS, backing up data also blocking and unblocking websites so that the employees would only be able to view work related sites. Edge software. Camera system software.
Oral/Written Communication- Communicated with vendors and gave them guided tours of the facilities, made detailed reports, built presentations of their reports for upper management, for camera systems, badge readers, security uniforms, and alarm systems. The presentations were to give the higher management a price and reason for buying the products that the vendors were selling in our weekly meetings.
Communicated with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates- Provided information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person. I possess the ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences. I possess the ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand. I possess the ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing.
Attention to Detail (Process)- I possess the ability to be thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail. Completing thorough and accurate work independently, even in the most difficult or stressful situations; occasionally reviewing work completed by others.
Attention to Detail (Documentation)- Ensured paperwork was correct and ensured all documentation met regulatory guidance. Obtained signatures and payments. Recorded information, such as items received and delivered and recipients' responses to messages.

Accountability- I am part of the WMS Security Team, where I provision and maintain the security access of the warehousing and mainframe systems to the programs for users to be able to have access for their positions. Without compromising the integrity in having too much access than what is needed.
Training- I am in trainings and learning programs that are self-paced and puts the responsibilities on the individual to complete. It is an ongoing training and learning center so when one task has been completed then it is up to the person to sign up for the next training course.
