Ground up Car Washes, stand alone wellness centers and 30,000 SF storage facilities. Included all owner interation and PM duties and bidding. Scopes ranging from 2.5 million to 4.5 million.

May 2020 to Feb 2022 Project Manager, Gast Construction, West Palm Beach, FL

Responsibilites include preconstruction, permitting, buyout, scheduiling and project management for commercial and residential projects. Scopes ranging from $250,000 to $2.5 million. Conduct weekly OAC meetings and daily interatoin with field staff and accounting.

Feb 2020 to May 2020 Contract: Project Manager, First Premier Builders, Inc. Juptier FL

Brought aboard to complete a 36,0000 SF TI project for Hear USA in Palm Beach Gardens. Project was behind schedule with liquidated damanags of $10,000/day. Was able to successfully deliver the project on time and under budget.

Sept 2018 to Feb 2020 Project Manager, GSD Contracting, Fort Lauderdale, FL

Project management responsibilities as usual. Family owned $25 million a year company. Company was sold to a $100 million GC from out of state.

July 2016 to Sept 2018 Project Manager, Mason Construction, Jupiter, FL

Responsible for all project activities from project buyout to close out. Included superintendent supervision, scheduling and owner interaction.

Aug 2015 - Apr 2016 Project Manager, Anderson-Moore Construction, Lake Park, FL

Responsible for project buyout, scheduling and procurement for mid size commercial tenant improvements and medical buildings. Includes interaction with owners representatives and members of the building team and monitoring weekly look ahead schedules and material procurement logs.

Feb 2013 – Jul 2015 Project Manager, Buffalo Construction, Louisville, KY (Resided in North Carolina)

Responsibilities included:

Ground up and remodeling of restaurant chains throughout the east coast. Included Texas Roadhouse, Outback Steakhouse, Panda Express and Bonefish Grills. Included extensive traveling to each project on a weekly basis.

Apr 2008 – Sept 2012 Project Manager, contract, AES, Montgomeryville, PA (Resided in North Carolina)

Responsibilities included:

Management of the installation of cleanroom ceilings and walls for the pharmaceutical industry. Close coordination of HVAC, electrical and clean utilities required. Projects included the procurement of materials, overseeing the installation of the project, all change orders and quality control. Some projects involved working with the owner on start-up procedures and air balancing.
