Major accomplishments included inspecting field works meeting acceptance criteria for all bridge components, highway improvement activities, long hollow pond construction, demolition of an old bridge destroyed by a hurricane, trestles construction, quality assurance tests for material acceptance, and work zone traffic control. Knowledgeable in erosion and sediment control criteria, stormwater management regulations, and permitting processes. Handled the company's utility coordination practice for the Manatee County area by handling utility agreements for transportation and by assessing/addressing conflicts for constructability.

Pakistan Motorway Contractors - Islamabad Pakistan (2001 - 2005)

Senior Project Engineer / In-charge Technical Section

Headed contractor's team involved in structural design revisions for reinforced concrete, and structures detailing for ancillary works for the construction of the second largest highway project (M-1) between Islamabad and Peshawar Pakistan. The project completed the construction of a 150 km long six-lane highway including two long bridges (750m and 900m spans over two rivers), 24 small bridges (30m to 90m span), and 49 cast-in-place box culverts (2mx2m to 4mx4m sizes)

WAPDA Housing Society - Sargodha Pakistan (1995 - 2000)

Part of the South Korean prime contractor's structures team involved in the construction of the first largest highway project (M-2) in Pakistan. The multinational project completed the construction of a 340 km long six-lane highway between Lahore and Islamabad. Also, participated in the planning and engineering department working with quantity surveying, progress, and cost control sections.

Major accomplishments included revising designs, sizing and detailing all the components of small bridges (30m to 100m span), cast-in-place box culverts to seek approval from a consultant (SMEC - Australia), drainage engineering design, selecting form-work types, preparing layout drawings and as-built drawings, monthly progress reports, verifying, approving quantities of work done submitted by sub-contractors and document management.
