National Warehouse Operation Manager 2015-Current
As the National Warehouse Operation Manager for Stebbins Engineering and Manufacturing, I am responsible for the direct management and handling of all warehousing, construction material, and chemical resource planning functions for 7 Warehouse Facilities. This included accountability for inbound and outbound freight and chemicals as well as adherence to legislative, safety, OSHA, and organizational policies and procedures.
Managed Facility Maintenance for over 1,000,000 square feet of warehouse space resulting in 0 loss time at all 7 locations
Revised the receipt and accounting procedures for all 7 warehouses which resulted in a reduction of 20 man hours per week at each location
Was directly responsible for bringing the automation and accountability of all 7 Warehouses into the 21st century
Planed, Managed and executed a budget of over 865 million worth of equipment, chemicals and resources.

Non Commissioned Officer in Charge-G4 (Logistics) 2013-2015
As Senior Supply NCO for the Division Supply Section, responsible for the logistics management in direct support of the Military Intelligence Readiness Command.
Revised a credit card program with a $3.5 million budget with less than a 50% accountability of funds; increased the program to 99.5% accountability.
Wrote a policy and established procedures to ensure all necessary and required equipment was available for 2,600 deploying troops.
Executed an $80 million budget resulting in all units receiving an outstanding readiness rating for all equipment.
Managed the Government Purchase Card Program consisting of 72 Card Holders and 18 Billing Officials.
