• Managing all member team supporting repair, maintenance and on-sitesupport service contracts, warranty, safety & quality issues

• SAP - CRM Process and working on SAP for inspection as End user

• Resolve/Escalate problems which could include warranty, transport, Vendor

• Achieve Customer Satisfaction NPS level of 85% plus

• Solve routine service related problems (spares quality, equipmentmalfunction, breakdowns, etc.) independently by taking appropriate decisions and actions

• Monitor and control spares inventory at CS centers, initiate actions for replenishment of shortages
