Rework Department

Consolidated Precision Products

Bloomington, MN

11/2022- Present

• In every department we are required to enter parts per time in a big data cloud- based system. Every day I fill out the necessary paperwork and entered the correct data entry to inform production staff of our throughput resulting in employee incentives, accurate results, and engaging conversations. Although I was not part of presenting the information – I was always investigating what went well the month before and integrating myself in throughput conversations resulting in more awareness of what is going on in the company.

• Because of the wide variety of work within the company I became multitalented in all areas within the rework department such as welding, borescope inspection, visual inspection and much more resulting in a sharper individual profile and has allowed me to be useful to my supervisors and colleagues.

• The scope of each task goes into depth. Each product has a guideline sheet which can be accessed by our company’s cloud-based repository. Every day I fill out the necessary paperwork and entered the correct data entry confidently because of these guideline sheets. Following instructions based on company guidelines and procedures are important because it ensures that we are all on the same page and encourages safe working habits.

Electrician

Electrical companies

09/2019-11/2022

• My career as an apprentice electrician meant that I was to safely and correctly wire houses up to the national electrical code (NEC) specifications. Failure to do so resulted in failed inspections and would come out of the companies’ pocket to call for a reinspection. This added task would form a habit to always look up any task given to me -by checking the National Electrical Code Book

• Often, we would need to speak with the customer/client. Either myself of my leads would provide full communication with the homeowner and gave them frequent updates regarding the process of the work resulting in a more trusting and overall better relationship with all parties involved in the process.

• In my journey as an electrician, I was trained under both a master and a lead electrician to adequately provide great service and friendly customer care resulting in more jobs.

• Part of my task meant requiring passing a yearly state electrical exam. This avoided any problems with state electrical regulations. Driver’s Helper

Ceva logistics

10/2017-09/2019

• The volume of deliveries meant that freight to customers had to be delivered in a timely and effective manner. I oversaw the daily route we would take and would map out our route which resulted in achieving the product being delivered in the given time frame as well as saving gas for the driver and allowing more time to be home at an earlier time than expected.

• As the helper I would be the middleman between our driver and our customer service staff which provided updates. Consistent communication with our warehouse and customers resulted in a healthier work environment, strong bonds, and relationships with staff and customers.

• Part of my daily tasks included filling out the necessary paperwork and data entry on a day-to-day bases to provide accurate receipts for the billing department and staff.
