I retired from ALCOA after 30 years of dedication and hard work. I earned a degee from Purdue University while working 48 - 56 Hrs. /week average and carrying a full credit load most of those years. I earned an Associate Degree in the School of Technology, OLS in 1975. Many of my years were as a Maint. Supervisor, however I also acquired new knowledges and performed in areas I would not have expected. I was assigned by the Plant Manager to initiate new procedures and enforce them to save overseas contracts with BOAC, AirItalia and other European Aerospace Corporations.
