The Logan-(September 2022- Current) - promoted within the same company and transferred to another site, walked into a 490-unit property that was trending 89% and 14 evictions with over 100K delinquency at the end of the month, and cleaned it up within the 1st month of working there. I have hit delinquency my under 2% delinquency KPI and bad debt every month, collecting over 700k a month, and extra income. I have exceeded other income YTD by 90k.
23Hundred at Ridgeview-(September 2021-2022) was promoted to Leasing Manager- I then took over a bigger task by pulling reports, doing market surveys, training the other 2 leasing at our current property, but also assisting with my regional managers other 7 properties and training them as well. I continued doing the leasing duties but added additional responsibilities. I then decided to cross train into the assistant role.
