Scope of Project: AED 375 Millions

The project consists of constructing at -grade and tunnel entrances and exits to the Jewel of the Creek development at three locations, one near the Maktoum Bridge, second near floating bridge and third on Baniyas road. The tunnel entrances and exits consist of connection to basement 1 and basement 2. The tunnels have MEP systems independent from Jewel of the Creek development.

Responsibilities:

Managed the Site Execution team for the construction of Underpasses, Pumping stations and underground firefighting tank for infrastructure project.

Coordinate with Subcontractors and Lead a team of Engineer’s, Forman’s, and Supervisors for execution of works at site.

Overall Planning, scheduling monitoring and management of project including works scheduling, monitoring progress of work to ensure timely completion without any cost and time overrun.

Scope of Project: AED 100 million

This variation includes the widening of Intersection between Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road with Tripoli Road to 3 lanes per direction for the through movement by widening the bridge structure and r amps, in addition the works also include the required widening of the approaches and roads along Al Rebat Street and Tripoli Road from the Mirdif City Centre up to the intersection of Nad Al Hammar Road mainly from the center median of Al Rebat Street including the protection and relocation of the affected utilities in the vicinity of the project. Major activity includes precast box girders casting and launching by using SPMT (self-propelled modular transporters) and 500T cranes by Tandem lift over that top slab casting in between the existing bridges along with the bridge along with the bridge barriers. Also constructed underpasses to the entrance to the Jewel of Creek. It is the first time in Dubai constructed Double Decker underpass. Position: Construction Manager

Scope of Project: AED 500 million

The project consists of upgrading 1 junction and 1 interchange along Dubai Airport Road. Rashidiya Junction was upgraded to a grade separated junction. Two flyover bridges (2lanes dual carriageway) constructed in the Airport Road direction. A two-lane underpass was constructed from Airport Road to Marakesh Street.

Casablanca Junction was upgraded by constructing a new two-lane flyover (directional ramp) from Airport Road to Gahroud Bridge. It was constructed adjacent to the existing bridge to facilitate traffic conjunction. Includes Pile, Pile cap, Abutment, Pier, water proofing, Bearings, Expansion Joints Tables over the Arco Staging, Post tensioning, approach slab, MSE wall panels, and Barriers.

Achivements:- The construction activity was in high congested area since the passengers are catching the flights . We can only close the lanes from 12:00 midnight to 05:00 am morning. Planning is very important during this time lifting works and concreting only scheduled.

Project: Upper Zakum UZ750 Oil Field Development, Abu Dhabi, UAE Client: Zakum Development Company (ZADCO) Consultant: Bureau Veritas Scope of Project: AED 3.0 billion. The project comprises engineering, procurement, modules and prefabricated cluster units, transportation, construction, and commissioning of island surface facilities (EPC-2) on four artificial islands. Specifically, this will include:

Precast installation (Isolated footings, generator, AC, Substation, and sewage foundation.)

Cluster manifolds

Crude oil process facilities (Pipelines such as GRP 200 mm diameter along with Valve chambers)

Associated utilities.
