Assist customer with delinquent car loans to bring to current status to avoid repossession of their auto . I also worked with customers who were in their final stages prior to repossession to create payment arrangements to avoid repossession. If a customer car was repossessed I assisted the customers in the recovery process while working with the recovery company to release the car back to the customer if payment was made. While in recovery department I did in depth skip tracing to locate customers to either repo the vehicle or work on payment arrangements. While working in collections and recovery I was responsible to maintain monthly goals ad quotas and was able to meet and exceed given goals.
