seals; temperatures, and cleanliness. Worked 12-hour shifts. Required to climb stairs whenever the

lines went down for QC, recording temperature and pressure readings. Drove forklifts and assisted

other operators when the lines were down for maintenance. Cleaned machines before product

change.

Made vitamins by loading machines with capsules and powder then filled the capsules with the machine. Brought all powder and capsules required to work station. Documented each batch and had the Lead or Supervisor verify specification prior to production. Cleaned machines and rooms at product change overs. Carson Oil Shell Station 05/07–09/07

Cashiered in three of Carson Oil stores, and worked the gas pumps. Trouble shot register and pump

issues. Stocked store aisles; coolers, and priced products for sale. Responsible for securing stores at

closing time and doing the closing paperwork. Prepared safe drops and insured the till was accurate

for the next shift.

Michigan Automotive Compressor, Inc. (MACI) 01/01-10/01

Ran three production lines and set program controls for twelve CNC’s. Inspecting equipment and

materials for defects before loading or unloading eleven conveyor systems; inspected finished product.

Preset tools and quality checked the cutting for fifteen milling “Brother Machines” and CNC’s. Cleared,

trouble shoot and reported malfunctioning equipment immediately for all machinery and two industrial

washers. Preformed visual inspections of raw materials. I was responsible for implementing corrective

action. Product change over CNC’s for an assortment of manufacturer materials. Ensured continuity

among work shifts by communicating actions, and irregularities. Updated my job knowledge by reading

position instructions and accessible technical publications. Followed all established regulatory and

safety requirements, and maintained plant hygiene.
