Responsibilities

I work outside at the World Trade Center as a Security Agent/Officier in all types of weather, storms, and hurricanes on the days and shift I have been assigned to. I am assigned to different post and the main objective is to observe and report. Some of the duties I performed was typing, filing, using computers, data entry, entry of people personal information in order to make and print them out there site ID badges to get them into the different locations on the site, gave and kept records of day passes that were given out to worker to be able to work on the site while there back grounds were verified, update files on paper and in computer, use word perfect and word excel, laminated the badges, use copy machine and sent faxes when needed, answered the phone took messages and transferred to the proper person, good communications skills, got along well with others, was polite at all times, and if I had a question I would ask to get the an answer so I could perform my job more efficiently, on a daily basis program and fix scanners as needed, delivered scanners and scanner batteries to posts that require then and go out and reprogram the scanners as needed.
