AC Hotel - Doral, FL - Beverage & Food Manager - 6/2022 to 10/2022

Took over a failing store and was able to turn it into a strong thriving restaurant. Met weekly inventory standards. Was one of two that actually made their weekly/monthly numbers. Created performance based scheduling & an incentives program. Opened a new location at the beginning of Covid. Reached out to the community for employees & opened completely staffed. Made an incredible bond with local schools through a program that I created to help kids show their parents what they were doing at school during Covid. Set up server assignments and ensure that all daily staffing concerns are resolved, adjusting staffing levels accordingly, to meet daily sales needs. Conducted bi-monthly inventory counts for COGS and weekly liquor counts for ordering purposes. Improved tracking system and inventory management which resulted in decreased liquor cost. Responsible for interviews, scheduled trainees with trainers, verified that trainee and trainer complete all required online courses and all new hire paperwork.
