SUMMARY: Through participation in the call rotation, maintains and improves Customer relationships, manages

order process and shipment tracking, delivers routine Customer quotes and pricing, and escalates calls when

appropriate.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform

Process incoming quote requests and purchase orders

Update pricing and availability prior to providing sales quotes to ensure accurate delivery dates

Initiate sourcing for non-direct product lines managing a gross profit of 25-30 % plus
