Job title: Field Production Foreman

Organize the inspection and operation for all production wells, water injection wells, shutdown wells and OGMS, insure all facilities running normally and safely.

Follow the work schedule of supervisor in before work meeting arrange daily work for field operator.

Review production wells management, metering, sampling and casing pressure control, if find any abnormal situation, report to control room and supervisor immediately.

Responsible for review filed operator checklist and approve it.

Responsible for review data base after field operator type in it, insure parameter accurately without mistake and omit.

Organize face to face handover for field operator, review handover record and sign for it.

Responsible for supervise labor discipline for field operator, inspection on time, conform PPE management, vehicle situation, follow operation management etc.

Responsible for send sample to lab on time and arrange vehicle refueling time.

Responsible for technical and HSSE training for trainees, according to training schedule from supervisor.

Responsible for adjust shutdown wells parameter and update into data base every Sunday, check OGM firefighting in the fifth day every month, measure the liquid level of OGM Open drain tank in the fifth day and fifteenth day every month.

Responsible for watchman management, update watchman trends form every Saturday.

Responsible for paraffin removal, insure operating safety and submit the data into data base.

Dayshift foreman submit Chadian staffs incoming air-plane schedule to supervisor every Friday, and arrange shift change for them after approving by supervisor.

The spirit of positive and assiduous work is necessary as a foreman, acting as a model above field operator and trainee, completing the order from supervisor and control room actively.

Follow report process, field operator report to field Foreman, field Foreman report to supervisor, and support the field operator management of supervisor.
