MISSION AND VOLUNTEER EXPERIENCE

Coached numerous AAU Basketball teams from 1984 – 2002

Participated in mission trips to New Orleans, Chicago and Haiti

Assisted with coordination of Feed My Starving Children Mobilepak Events in 2012, 2015 & 2017. This included fundraising to pack 100,000+ meals by networking with local churches, businesses and organizations in the community, as well as helping to make arrangements for the packing site and logistics involved with this event. The event provided the opportunity for approximately 500 volunteers to come together and provide 100,000+ meals for children around the world.

Volunteered at the annual Thanksgiving Day Outreach Dinner at Highland Church of Christ in Robinson, Illinois from 2010 – present.

Participant of the Highland Church of Christ Mission/Outreach Committees from 2016 – present. We meet regularly to assess and evaluate the missions that Highland supports and require accountability from those missions that are supported. We also coordinate various outreach events within our community.
