It culminated with deploying a massive new solution to merge multiple Comcast customer service systems into a singular environment (Rainbow Screen)

Program Manager/Business Analyst at JP Morgan Chase: Summary: This 8-month assignment was to improve the JPMC IT teams' ability to deliver on time and within budget. This included training them to use cross team development
