11/18 to present Director of Community Outreach and Education – Tribute Senior Living

84 bed assisted living memory care community. Opened in 2019 – Started pre-opening for brand new construction lease up.

Responsibilities include building referral sources, health care and memory care education for seniors, professionals and families.

Creating and posting all Facebook education and ads, creating all collateral, flyers and special projects as well as working with outside marketing team for SEO presence and development of website.

Maintain updates to website and Google My Business as well as monthly newsletter and Constant Contact mailing list.

Provide all dementia education for our staff and for other Skilled Nursing partnership communities.

11/17-11/18 Texas Community Liaison – Koelsch Senior Living

Started as Community Relations Director in Ft. Worth community, substantially increasing census was promoted to Texas Director over all 4 local DFW communities.

Provided education and outreach to referral sources and public. Work closely on several committee with the Alzheimer’s Association, Dementia Friendly Ft Worth, SSA Frisco, and more.

Conduct Dementia Live and other educational programs to provide CE classes for social workers, nurses and physicians.

Duties included continued branding and marketing of Koelsch’s four communities in Texas and driving traffic and census.

Responsible for implementing ads and marketing plans to increase census and provide sales and reporting training with the DCR’s in the communities. Recruited by Tribute Senior Living.

6/17 to 11/17 The Oaks Senior Living – Interim Executive Director

Working as interim executive director. Obtained my Assisted Living Management Certifications.

Prioritize, assign, and monitor daily activities, service requests, make-ready priorities and projects.

Oversee the conversion of telephone, email and walk-in prospects to leases.

Create an environment of cooperation, enthusiasm and professionalism among staff members.

Brand new 96 bed community – A/L and M/C – Lease up and branding.

Same basic role as Community Relations Director at Avanti, except I was inside sales and outside marketing. Management lost contract.

04/2015 to 12/2015 Arbor House Lewisville – Lease Up/Contract Marketing/Sales

Short term position to help boost marketing presence and increase sales numbers in a struggling memory care community.

Generated and built multiple community relationships with local businesses, referral sources and support groups.

Provided troubleshooting and revamping of the neighborhoods in the community and increased a failing census to 90% leased prior to contract expiration. Met and exceeded all requirements of the contract.

11/2009 to 9/2014 Senior Community Ambassador (regional sales/marketing Director) Silverado - Dallas, Chicago, FTW, Austin, TX

Valley Ranch - Family Ambassador/inside sales - responsible for all incoming sales calls, tours of families, working with finances, health needs and assessing the best outcome for the family and person needing care.

Set up model rooms and ensured the overall look of the community was at it's peak. Worked with social worker and nurses very closely to get documentation and make recommendations for the prospective residents.

Responsible for all follow up calls and worked with marketing team to develop new ideas and strategies to increase inquiries.

Winners Circle recipient in 2012, came in second in 2013.
