My journey as a McDonald’s worker was pretty dead set. I knew my what my job was and I got the job done. When it came to customer service a lot of people ranked me as the most polite and hardworking. I never really had problems as far as doing my job but, as far as coping with how our managers decided to treat us as crew members was very hard to take in . I chose to quit because managers didn’t make it a positive environment to work in . My job was pretty simple. I had to work front counter, front window and back window. Those jobs varied from bagging food, making fries, cashier, talking on the headset for drive-thru, and cleaning the lobby and bathrooms at closing time .
