Born and raised in Brazil I grew up in a Farm Uba Minas Gerais Brazil where I completed my Fundamental scholarship.

I was 17 in 1983 I moved to Sao Paulo SP Brazil I got a job as a dishwasher and started learning about cooking techniques.

With a growing interest in the Professional career I started buying cookbooks and Food Magazines and worked through this period with Selected French Chefs in Sao Paulo. Leaving in a economic fertile time I had the opportunity to visit France in few internship experiences like George Blanc Vonnas and Joel Robuchon Paris.

In 2000 I turned my way to New York for a internship at Daniel Boulud what a pleasurable experience I had surprised by the work on French haute cuisine presented.

Once in New York after 9/11 I had the chance to collaborate with Chef Didier Elena /Alain Ducasse at Essex House what turned out being a great experience.

I am in United States legally able to work looking for a position where I can practice my skills in cooking and learning about the evolution of the Hospitality and Food Business industry.
