RESPONSIBLITIES:

•Direct communications with guests before arrival to coordinate a smooth check-in, Welcome guests during check-in and giving a fond farewell to guest while checkout. Ensure that all check ins and check outs are handled smoothly without unnecessary delay or discomfort to any guest.

•Up selling of available excursions services such as City tours, Desert safari and other services as laundry, Breakfast delivery, Airport drop off.

•Handling guest complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner.

Attend all phone calls and provide all appropriate information to guests and perform pre assignment of all rooms to guests as well as VIP evaluate all activities of guest services at end of shift.

Determine and ensure compliance to all key control policies and manage all safe deposit boxes for guests.
