SUMMARY: Special Operations Instructor & security specialist for the DOD, former OCONUS security manager, Medical Operations Officer, former Special Forces Medical and Engineer Sergeant with 31 years operational experience during peace time and combat operations both domestically and internationally. Bill possesses strong oral and written communication and presentation skills with the proven ability to solve complex problems and navigate challenges and take decisive action. Bill has also been instrumental with course curriculum & program development, course & training review & evaluation for both military and government programs. Bill has also held positions as a government contractor with several agencies to include the U.S. State Department as Co-Director of the Afghan Presidential Protective Service, a member of the PRS for the Karzai protection detail, as Senior Advisor/trainer for the CTSOF (Counter-Terrorism Special Operations Facility) in Iraq and more recently as an instructor for an OGA in the areas of TCCC, Weapons Tactics, Overseas Protection and Defensive Driving & leadership training.
