Key Accomplishments
Managed multiple programs & Project Managers across multiple accounts listed above which include day to day delivery management, operations management, SLA & KPI adherence &reporting, handling customer escalations, and working on tactical and strategic planning with the customer.
Outlined digital transformation of existing applications by setting plans for virtualizing apps, containerizing and moving to cloud. The second phase consists of slicing functionality and developing cloud native, microservices architecture. For Sentry data systems, led the product transformation and account growth. Ramped up the team size from five (5) to thirty-five (35) people implementing the complete product (340 B program) for the customer. For Tenet Healthcare, managed Led IT transformation projects whereby transitioned 70+ FTE account forming production support, operational support, testing and other miscellaneous projects. Moved the team away from waterfall to agile delivery. Upgraded from TFS to Azure ADO and started work management through Azure boards. Executed plans and migrations of application from data center servers to virtualized server environments for Cloud migrations.
In ConnectYourCare account, grew the revenue multifold by periodically expanding our business with the customer and offering breadth of services during my stint in the account.
