Created various possible solutions for objectives at hand, including OBD testing and calibration updating by examining data with calibration engineers to address shortcomings based on subjective and objective metrics, while also defining verifications methods for vehicle testing procedures.

Actively Leads the teams Validation and Benchmarking database, assisting global teams in Italy, Brazil, Germany, and France. Reports benchmarking results to global teams in terms of acceleration metrics, deceleration metrics, pedal metrics, and target-setting metrics.

Assists the propulsion systems drivability team and oversees the testing of company and competitive vehicles for optimal performance, safety, and efficiency. Delivers extensive results in a professional manner to calibrations teams.

Conducts detailed analysis of in-vehicle drivability assessments on company vehicles (hybrid, electric, naturally aspirated, turbo charged), and on engine and powertrain dynos or virtual simulation laboratories.

Report results to direct propulsion system calibration development teams in the areas of electronic throttle controls, torque map, torque filtering, shift patterns, torque converter, and shift quality along with engine start/stop and idle control.

Update the hybrid, engine, and transmission software, debug cars, and calibrate controls & interactive features between the emotor, battery, engine, and transmission. Regularly performs hands-on work/remote work with the Powertrain Calibration team.

Analyzes and outputs data on various vehicles like ICEs, BEVs, PHEVs, FCA vehicles, and various competitive vehicles, including vehicles from other countries like Brazil, Italy, Germany, and France.

Assigned to be the team lead while working with the software team at FCA to optimize important validation and benchmarking tools using MATLAB and Python. Is currently helping revolutionize a tool to be used on a global company scale.
