I have been a home owner and resident of Walnut Creek since 1991. My last ten years I was employed in the solar industry as a sales representative. I currently hold a CSL permit that allows me legally to enter one's home. There is an extensive background check to be certified for that license. I have had that license for 10 years and my record is impeccable. Zero complaints Previously I was a loan officer with a California Real Estate license. That record is also impeccable with zero complaints. My extra curricular activities include:

Commendation from the State of California for my work in connection with John Muir's Helping Hands organization. This includes helping seniors with their projects that included visiting these folks in their homes and helping out with getting them to destinations of need.

In addition I have received commendations from the Reutlinger Center for Jewish living.
