Main Responsibilities and Contributions

Proposal and execution of redesign and conversion of turbine gas compression plant to gas compressor motor system, ensuring availability of gas volume and pressure requirements to increase total production in 160% by adding gas lift production.

Planning, coordination, monitoring and control of crude oil production processes by gas lift and electro-submersible pumping. Start-up of flow stations, compression plants, crude oil treatment systems and well water injection systems. Operational enduement and start-up safety for new and rehabilitated oil wells.

Planning, coordination and control of preventive and corrective maintenance of oil production equipment and installations (instruments; electrical and mechanical equipment in flow stations, gas lift manifolds, wells with electro-submersible pumping and crude tanks)

Coordination and evaluation of Maintenance and Optimization departments. Preparation, monitoring and control of: production operations budget; staff training and development plans; and safety, hygiene and environment plans.
