Property Management – Property West Residential San Diego 2007 – To Current

Primary responsibilities were to list properties that were available in various newspaper ads and social media sites. Once contacted by potential rental prospects they were interviewed and given a tour of the community property. Applications were then accepted, reviewed, and approved and the move in process was coordinated with the various vendors and maintenance personnel, communication skills to achieve a seamless move in process was of the utmost importance in this job. I am also very experienced with several computer programs such as Entrada, Yardi, and Onsite.
