Merrill Lynch, WFH. Senior developer consultant, I developed a comprehensive set of files to feed a front-end system tracking contribution rate changes and investment allocations. Also, handled day to day production issues and new development in a daily Scrum environment using Rally.

10/2016 – 07/2018

ADP, WFH, Senior mainframe developer consultant, I worked in the Compliance department, work in agile environment, daily meetings, work consists of Cobol, DB2, stored procedures, MVS JCL, VSAM, interface with OMNI software, very extensive system.

7/2015 – 08/2016 VOYA Financial, formerly ING, Windsor office, telecommute.

Senior developer/analyst, work involves enhancing and maintaining the SunGard Omniplus recordkeeping software package in a Linux environment. Also function as an analyst on certain projects. Technologies used are Cobol, DB2, CICS all in a Linux environment.

Installed the SunGard Omniplus package, involved in recent fee disclosure compliance effort, also worked in the Erisa compliance departments. Heavily involved in major conversion from MVS mainframe platform to Linux platform. Heavily involved combining data centers from Omni perspective. Cobol, DB2 CICS MVS JCL and Linux.

02/1997 – 10/1999 Metropolitan Life, Jersey City, NJ

Consultant project leader/ for the Millennium 401-k record keeping system.

This was a COBOL II, DB2 CICS system purchased from Bankers Trust Corporation.

System contained over 1 million participants all record kept on a daily evaluation. The front end of the system interfaced with a Sybase database.

11/1995 - 01/1997 Dean Witter, Jersey City, NJ

Consultant senior programmer for trust services system purchased from outside

vendor. Successfully implemented a fee billing system, heavily involved with initial

design. Monitored progress of 3 senior programmers, also created user

documentation and presented system to the user community.

Technologies used are Cobol, DB2, CICS in a MVS environment.

09/1993 - 10/1995 ADP Livingston, NJ

Consultant senior programmer for SunGard Omni-plan 401-k system, in charge of

implementing new quarterly statements worked with a staff of 5 programmers

coordinating all project development regarding the vendor software.

Technologies used are Cobol, CICS in a MVS environment.
