2017 – 2018 Staff Engineer, Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation

Assigned as Lead Engineer for the development and implementation of a depot in the UAE. Provided experience for not only airframe, avionic and electrical, but to lend depot experience and troubleshooting for the process. Establish a QA system and implement through a local in country facility. Support UAE forces with crash damage repair both covered (Standard Repair Manual, SRM) and undocumented procedures.

Saudi Arabian RSLFAC aircraft, assist CDU 7000 install team with support documentation for power upgrade, establish a compass rose and weight and balance.

2014 – 2017 Staff Engineer, Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation

Assigned to Corpus Christi Army Depot as lead airframes/Electrical/Avionics engineer. Supporting the depot by providing OEM repairs and support. Assisting the flight test hangar with troubleshooting of delivery aircraft. Providing updated process and procedures to upgrade information for disassembly, repair and assembly of mechanical flight control components (Mixers, SAS servos, etc.). Support the local QA for QDR components.

2013 – 2014 Staff Engineer, Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation

Various positions supporting Sikorsky’s training department, assisted with audits of Flight Safety International, WPB, FL. Site survey of Altus, OK training facility, designed hangar and back shop areas, to include training and office spaces for an existing building. Worked closely with management and Sikorsky facilities to acquire equipment, tools and tooling from existing assets for the training center.

Supported Colombian, (Melgar) operations for crash/battle damage aircraft. Acquired tooling to assist repair personnel and instructed on use. Wrote repair procedures for undocumented repairs not covered by SRM or other means.

2011- 2013 Staff Engineer, Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation

Support in country aircraft repairs and modifications. Acted as lead engineer for modifying UH60 Blackhawks by adding upgraded components. Assisted local personnel with issues on aircraft not in my program. Coordinated repair estimates for damaged aircraft and assisted with repairs. Have extensively worked with RSLFAC and MOI personnel on H60, S92A and S70i aircraft. Able to act as lead engineer, project engineer, project lead.

2009- 2011 Staff Avionic/Electrical Engineer, Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation

Staff Avionics/Electrical Engineer for A to L conversion of UH60 Blackhawk helicopters. Support and supervise for engineering conversion of Customs and Border patrol UH60A Blackhawks to UH60L. Perform all acceptance testing both flight and ground test. Support all Kapton re-wire efforts for UH60A aircraft.

2003 - 2009 Field Support Engineer, Avionics, Electrical, Mechanical

Support various offsite test programs. Assisted with the design of a flight test hydraulic test stand for G-5 aircraft, GulfStream Aerospace. Re-designed and supported replacement rotor head parts for the CH53E at MCAS Cherry Point, NC. and acted as a liaison with Field Aviation, Calgary Canada to manufacture these parts. Lead support engineer for the SH60J to T conversion for the US Coast Guard at Elizabeth City, NC.
