WORKING EXPERIENCE

Currently working at Majorel Kenya Bolt Food, customer care representative, responsibility replaying to customer chats and calling customer. I have worked as an intern at Nation Television (NTV) for the period of 3months, my responsibility was editing news, in house production, documentary and short features,currently am at permanent presidential music commission as an intern,I have been able to use different softwares such us davinci, final cut 7,final cut 10 and adobe.

I have also work as a collection officer at finely Africa for Tala my responsibility was to make call to customers and to receive calls also at horizon contact center as telkom customer care representative and multichoice for both DStv and Gotv.
