I have several years experience operating a computer, resolving problems in the area of insurance as a licensed insurance producer and as a building contractor. I no longer operate my construction companies. I enjoy being able to provide service in the area of air travel and I consult on a part-time basis with advise, as a licensed insurance producer, for insurance coverage for the aging population in my community. I started selling airline tickets from reading the rules and regulations from the book of the FAA and rolled very comfortably into the use of the computer. I found this notice here in Tucson and I felt, this maybe a great place to work, part-time., as a airline ticket agent once again. Thank you for the opportunity.

Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) (Director Construction Resources) Apr '91 - Aug '94

My assignment was to promote affordable housing as dictated by the Board of Directors, attended assignments of up and coming affiliates for their "Blitz Building" campaigns. Performed assignments the Board of Directors requested to design a PlanBook for the Affiliates to use as the guide for construction of "Afforable Housing" guideline of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses. Hired the staff of Registered Architects to complete assignments and staff assistant for the performance of the Construction Department. Wrote Letters for "Gifts-in-Kind"; collected donations of books and supplies and workforce to support the growth of the affiliates as they began to grow and build in various states within the USA. I believe the assignment to promote "affordable Housing" to the Building Model Code Committees across the country was the most significant contribution of my services to HFHI. We succeeded in bringing acceptance of "affordability" as a condition to the Model Code organizations for their decsion to make affordability a consideration in residential building designs for housing here in the United States.
