I maintained the company policies for attendance, and safety. handled the fuelers schedules as the flight schedules change to ensure the proper staffing levels to meet the demand. I work with everyone in the station to ensure we work as a team for an efficient operation. Team work is essential to an operation. I operated equipment that would normally be a class A/B classification but was not required on the airport. As A lead ramp service agent I was in charge of ensuring that all the flights I was assigned to service were brought into the gate on time and that the flights were off loaded and reloaded in a timely fashion to ensure the flight departs on time. I made sure that the flight was loaded properly based on the amount of cargo and baggage scheduled for the flight. I am familiar with doing air starts on the gate as needed. I was certified to operate the various push back tugs that were needed based on the aircraft fleet type. I am experienced with wide body cargo loaders as well. I was assigned to cover from 2 to 3 gates and scheduled the team to work the flights assigned to us for our shift. As a Fueling lead I was responsible for setting up the fuelers schedule to ensure that all the flights were fueled safely and on time. I am also knowledgeable in the non routine fueling procedures. Safety is top priority in everything done on the ramp.
