Prepare the monthly interim payments and final accounts, capturing all work including variations.
Responsible for quantity take-off and updating from time to time as per the latest shop drawings
Measure and value the work done on site-KPI
Prepare material quantity take-off for the procuring of the required material
Prepare and updated the material on site schedule
Prepare estimates of probable costs of materials, labour and equipment, and subcontracts for construction projects based on contract bids, quotations, schematic drawings and specification
Submitted to client provisional sum/prime cost item proposal
Prepare the final BOQ quantity as per (as build, or ifc Drawings)
Prepare the sub-contractor package send to subcontractor
Following the sub-contractor inquiries
Negotiating and obtaining the best prices and quotes from suppliers and subcontractors
Prepare the Quotation status report/ Comparison sheet
Prepare the Subcontractor Contract
Evaluate and check all sub-contractor invoice and prepare payment certificate
Verifies subcontractor variation work.
