Software, Hardware installation and support. Installation of Dell Primary Domain Controller at the main offices of Glenora and moved the point of sale software from the old server to the new. Installed another Dell Server at the Inn that runs the Inn software and the restaurant and then installed a new server at the sister Knapp Winery in Romulus. That server handled the restaurant orders and winery registers at Knapp.
I resolved all network issues, phone issues and any other problems that came up. Install new workstations for most of the staff at Glenora and Knapp and also new printers. I rewired the Inn with new routers so the wireless would work for the Inn customers and then installed a point of sale software for the restaurant at the Inn at Glenora that controlled the cash registers and added touch screens in the restaurant enabling the staff to enter orders that were printed out in the kitchen. I trained the staff on how to enter new menus in the software and then I was relieved of that and they also learned to handle the updates as well. I then added hot and cold printers in the kitchens so the orders printed directly to the area of preparation.
The chef had the order very fast and the food was out faster for the customer. I resolved all issues even cell phones added automated backups and resolved issues so the Inn would remain on line if power was down until commercial power could be restored to the facilities. I implemented software customizations for the Inn at Glenora.
