Project: STOPSALE Flag Usage

BMW NA was required to improve processes and procedures to deter the selling of un-remedied recalled vehicles. The recall information from TCM (Technical Campaign Management) System would be processed on a daily basis and all applicable downstream applications would be modified accordingly.

Migrated existing warranty legacy application system to Salesforce – Maintenance Plan Contracts and Extended Service Contracts was migrated so that Dealers could start Selling Contracts using Salesforce dashboard.

Project: Buyback

Re-engineered the buyback process by outsourcing the bulk of it to the third-party vendor Impartial Services Group (ISG), which had the capability to account for any buyback vehicle from the time the decision had been made to buyback the vehicle, to the time the vehicle was sold to the end customer. The process for all regions was integrated into the ISG processes.
