Served as the Corporate Human Resources & Communications Executive, and as a strategic business partner with responsibility for all operational sites and functional areas.
Led a major company culture and manufacturing turn-around to ensure strict compliance with government requirements, to improve the overall health of the organization and to prepare company for acquisition.
Telephonics was acquired by California based TTM Technologies. Ensured transition efforts were seamless and successful.

Kaman Aerosystems —
Served as the Human Resources Executive for the largest Kaman Aerospace organization with responsibility for 13 sites and 1500 employees in the US, UK, Mexico and India. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, served as a strategic business partner with all major company functions.
Successfully orchestrated a turn-around of three underperforming manufacturing plants in the U.K. and a structures & metallic plant in FL.

Coast Guard Integrated Support Command / Coast Guard Officer Candidate School
Coast Guard Leadership and Quality Institute / Coast Guard Leadership and Professional Development Division –
Led an operational base and logistics organization, directing 350 military and civilian members, and providing all facets of support to 5,800 personnel, 180 ships and small boats, and 245 housing units.
Saved over $1 million budgeted dollars and brought the project in a year ahead of schedule as the hand-selected leader to create and implement a Leadership Development Center and Program for the Coast Guard that better prepared over 80,000 active duty members, reservists and civilians.
Following the 9/11 attacks, led efforts to fund and permanently establish Coast Guard Maritime Safety and Security Team units throughout the United States, establishing state-of-the-art training and maintenance facilities and personally overseeing the establishment of teams in New York and Boston.
Key player in the strategic planning and organizational development processes that transitioned Coast Guard administration and operations from the Department of Transportation to the Department of Homeland Security.
Personally chosen to lead a team of training and maritime experts to the Republic of Georgia to establish an operational search and rescue and law enforcement agency similar to the U.S. Coast Guard.
