In the technological world that we live in today I try my best to make myself available in as many ways as possible. Today’s consumers use multiple lines of communication. I make it a point to open as many lines of communication as possible. This carries over from my clients but also for providers and suppliers. Communication is not only done on many levels and forms today, but it is one of the fastest ways to lose good people across the board.

I have spent my entire life on some team or part of some organization. I have always driven myself to the front of the pack. I just do not like the view from the back. I have been responsible for crews of 2-3 people; and I have been responsible for thirty crews.
