Responsibilities include the following: Monitoring the operation of the EST #3 Fire Command Digital Control panel & Interface system. I am to Notify Engineering of all possible fire alarms, supervisor’s alerts and troubles alerts that require an Engineers response. I provided accurate event locations to the Engineers so that the cause of the event can be resolved quickly. I monitor all email communications for coordinating repair requests from all hotel Departments, public areas, as well guest requesting assistance for issues found in the guest rooms. Schedule future maintenance repairs as well as coordinate movement of hotel assets need for hotel future events. Schedule follow-up responses to insure the guest issue are resolved upon completion of the task. Coordinate and communicate the daily events report to management and the oncoming Associates.
