JOB PROFILE ON CHP & RMHS (Coal & Raw material handling system):-

RESPONSIBILITY :-

●Working on RMHS (Raw material handling system that is COAL, LIME STONE, IRON, Gypsum, COKE).

●Working in 2*1600 TPH System and 5 Ply Nylon Conveyor Belt,

●Leading a team of approx 16 Operation persons including 4 supervisors and 12 operators.

●To maintain defect register for MMD and E&I on daily basis.

●Wagon tippler Desk operation of coal handling plant.

●Knowledge about wagon tippler, Side Arm charger operation.

●Knowledge about Track hopper, Paddle feeder, Apron feeder, Primary Crusher, Secondary Crusher, Stacker/Reclaimer, Emergency Reclaiming hopper, Vibrating feeder, Traveling Tippler.

●Knowledge about protection systems BSS, ZSS, PCS, CBS, Temp.switches, vibration parameter, Temperature parameter.

●Responsible for smooth Start-up and Shutdown of all Equipments whenever required

and for giving proper instructions & guidance to field operators.

SIGNIFICANT ACCOMPLISHMENTS’ :-

●Experience in coal handling plant plc operation.

●Daily maintain the DPR, Equipment log book, Defects log book, Permit log book & JSA

●Resource Planning Scheduling.
