CNA SUNBELT STAFFING SEP 2022 TO PRESENT

Assigned to Tempe School District, Mountain Point High School. Taking care of and monitoring for safety two students (one having multiple seizures, the other a Low functioning autistic student (eloper) every day school is in session. Including brief’ changes and toileting. Performed Para teaching in life skills and other lessons appropriate to ability, to the autistic child throughout the day, including learning teaching ASL to the non speaking Autistic boy.

Although I have only been a CNA/LNA for less than one year, my work history shows continuous success. So, my work history is an example of my desire to do the best at my assigned task. I’ve been involved as first responder and have assisted people including saving lives for industrial plants I have worked at. Though not really related to people, I have performed nearly all the medical needs on my ranch for 200 head of cattle and their calves.

Provide bedding changes occupied or not.

Use Hoyer to move patient to wheel/Lounge chair or for Bed/chair showers.

Move, clean and support resident in support of nurse wound care.

Deliver, setup meals for residents including feeding as necessary.

Treat residents as friends so they feel more comfortable with their stay at the institution.
