Job Responsibilities:

• Visited construction sites to ensure pipe work was in accordance with project specifications.

• Visual inspection for Plates, channels, angles, Pipes, Flanges, Elbows, Gaskets and Reducers and all site using materials.

• Supervision of piping pre fabrication, erection, hydro testing.

• Supervising the Erection of Piping and related Structural work

• Piping fit up inspection as per the site approved drawings (isometric, P & ID, GAD)

• Fabrication and erection of annular plates, Bottom plates and shell plates as per the site approved drawings.

• Supervision of tank shell and Nozzle orientation, fabrication and erection work with PWHT (pre welding heat treatment) activities.

• Supervise all mechanical construction activities as per the project specifications and schedule.

• Fit up inspection of weld joints making a report daily and monthly.

• Review the site approved drawings isometric, P&ID, GAD.

• Handling the welding document, QA/QC document and all site documentation works.

• Carried out Blasting and painting work for Tank and pipeline.

• Coordinate with NDT team at site.

• Coordinated with manufacturing team to assemble and test pipelines within assigned budget and timelines.

• Responsibilities for Pipeline operation and maintenance.
