Job Responsibilities:
• Implementation and follow up of IMS (Integrated Management System) Procedures.
• Establish Project HSE Plan including HSE Policy (based on Corp. QHSE Policy) and ensure the continual improvements on it.
• Involved in devising Risk assessment (HIRA)& JSA,Hazard identification, and ensuring implementation of control measures.
• Produce and develop the Project HSE Training Plan, Ensure implementation of the plan and Ensure that training records are maintained.
• Establish Project HSE audit program, schedule and perform the Project HSE Audit within the project organization.
• Conduct HSE Induction, Safety training and On the Job Training (OJT).
• Conduct weekly HSE coordination meetings with contractors to discuss the issues.
• Prepare Weekly & Monthly HSE statistics report.
• Prepare Contractor Evaluation report, correction & control.
• Permit-to-work system compliance for Hot Work, Critical Lifting Etc …
• Coordination of third party inspection for Cranes, Lifting accessories
• Liaison with approved external training agency to arrange external training for site Scaffolders, riggers and crane operators as per legal requirement.
• Routine site safety inspection and reporting for improvement.
• Incident / Accident investigation, Root cause analysis and reporting.
• Conduct of Site Staff Safety Meeting to discuss safety issues.
• Implementing the Traffic plan according to COMPANY and CLIENT standards
• Discussion and resolution of safety issues with PM / Consultant / Client.
• Successfully organized and conducted Drills –Medical emergency, Fire threat, Work at height.
Documentation:
● Responsible for handling HSE Procedure Manual, HSE Induction Training Record, Record of Accident / Incidents / Near Miss / Report & Investigation Details.
● Formulating of the On-Site Emergency plan / action to be taken.
● Equipment Inspection, Lifting tools & Fire Fighting Equipment, Chemicals Data Sheet maintain Document.
● PTW Documentation Maintain.
Team Management :
● Advising employees about safe & healthy work practices & health/ safety management systems. Inspecting machinery, equipment and workplaces & ensuring suitable protective equipment such as Hearing Protection, Dust Pollution Protection and PPE.
● Ensuring workplaces comply with health and safety legislation & investigating complaints, serious harm incidents and accidents.
● Writing reports about the results of inspections and investigations and making its follow up.
● Coordinating Hazard Studies for modification, new process or changes in existing activities.
● Closely involved in pre planning and execution of rig moves with regards to HSE of personnel, equipment and well site.
