Customer Service Representative

I would like to express my interest in the position as a Customer Service Representative. I am passionate about contributing to the growth of a company. Since COVID changed my job description in March of 2022, I became an independent contractor as a Virtual Assistant and have continued to work as a self-motivated and progress-driven Team Administrator and Marketing Manager and subsequently now have an extensive background in both fields. With a long-standing record of initiative and innovation. I have developed and executed strategies that I believe will bring value to your business.

Throughout the course of my career, I have honed my abilities in organization and in finding the best use of resources and time management. I am an astute problem-solver, capable of prioritizing and managing complex projects with proficiency.

In my previous roles, I exercised skills in communication, customer service, problem solving and streamlining processes to make the most of all resources as well as effectively and efficiently meeting the goal or need in a timely fashion. I have consistently contributed to team efforts and organizational improvements. I am open-minded and focused on new developments in my field. I have proven to be effective and motivational, with proficiency in innovation and collaborative work. I enjoy brainstorming and coordinating efforts to achieve a common goal.
