The Program Delivery Lead (PDL) is the primary representative from IT Claims to a Program or Portfolio. The PDL provides a single point of contact for IT Claims Execution for all projects within the Program. The PDL is part of the IT Claims DL Leadership Team and provides leadership and guidance to the IT Claims DLs working on projects within their Program.

Team building is important. Every Program DL is a leader and is expected to develop a healthy working environment and camaraderie between DLs.

Teach and Mentor DLs and others on processes and procedures used within IT by ESI.
