KEY SKILLS:

· safely and responsibly performing all official travel using official vehicles

· Highly skilled in driving light & high vehicles.

· taking account of all available information on road conditions, accessible routes and locations

· Maintaining accurately a logbook of all resource and personnel movements in assigned vehicle.

· checks oil, water, brakes and brake liquid, tyre pressure, battery levels and the entire vehicle, monthly or every 5,000 km (whichever is first), headlights, brakes, bodywork for dents etc.

· Competent at checking vehicle for problems and performing pre/post trip maintenance as direction.

· Time to time perform German Delegation duties assigned by RMO and other Mission duties.

· Daily basis checking of assigned vehicles, e.g. Check oil, Batteries, brakes, tires etc. can manage for minor repairs.

· Well-versed in cleaning of both the inside and outside of vehicle.

· Good experience to maintain vehicle log book.

· Good experience to maintain Vehicle fuel consumption report.

· Good experience to maintain R & M reports.
