I just finished some successful project completions as an Endpoint Technician at AmerisourceBergen Headquarters in Conshohocken Pa. Through Excell/CompuCom in November 2021 Which entailed desktop support with Group Policy Issues, Infosec Security Protocols, Active Directory, Intune Company portal setups, Windows 365, Duo Administration, Communication with the Help Desk with extensive use of Rescue 123, Imaging and break-fix with Dell and Lenovo, on site and remote support, Bit locker fixes, SCCM reloads and installations, refresh and new hire onboarding support also under HIPPA guidelines.
