·Team Management, I was an assistant manager but was acting store manager for four months. Quick and accurate merchandising. Responsible for store opening/closing, hiring and training of store personnel, reconciliation of monthly paperwork, incoming drop shipments, scanning outs and excess. Ordering merchandise; Set planograms, assign tasks to associates and followed up to ensure proper completion and understanding. Encouraged positive working and learning environment.

LEADERSHIP

·I was team leader of a small group of fellow marines when I was enlisted in the United states marine corp. I lead them and helped maneuver them through courses. This training has taught me how to be fair and disciplined in the workplace and people who are assigned to lead.

·I handled money for registers and deposits. Stocking, ordering for the store as well as conference calls when I assumed the manager position shortly after being hired.

UNITED STATES MARINE CORP 2011-2013

·I had physical training as well as mental. I had to undergo immense pressure without breaking and work with fellow marines in the process. I had to be a Team Leader and order the other Marines as well.

LEONARD TRUCK AND ACCESSORIES

I install and fix trailers that are brought in by customers as well as vehicles for some small items we add to their vehicles. I have experience in talking to customers for locations of items they purchased for install as well as helping them understand how to use what they purchased. I am in charge of Bed line truck sprays as the only one at my location that is able to do so. I work as hard as i can to ensure my name gets out there for promotions. Unfortunately i can't relocate due to family health reasons and don't think i will be moving up as i want within the company.
