• Managed & led staff of geoscientists & support staff to design and implement horizontal development drilling program in ~650,000 gross acres in multiple target zones in the Permian Basin (non-JV area). Project total annual CAPEX $1.8-2B o Planned and drilled in excess of 230 horizontal wells in the Spraberry and Wolfcamp target zones across four counties in the Midland Basin. o Team responsible for design and placement of appraisal and development wells during period of extensive testing, evaluation programs and growth of the play. o Grew development program from 1 to 18 active rigs in 3 years.

• Managed & led staff of geoscientists & support staff to design and implement horizontal development drilling program in the EagleFord play in south Texas. o Planned and drilled in excess of 40 horizontal development wells in EagleFord target zones across multiple counties.
• Coordinated multi-disciplinary teams to function cooperatively in identifying and implementing program in period of technical evaluation and assessment.
