We have worked on electrical installations as a private job in Khartoum Bahri, near Kober Prison, the new police towers. Our work included electrical wiring, grounding systems, and cable connections from the power source. I visited the Rozeires reservoir and received training on the electrical devices used in power generation. It is part of the largest power generation stations in Sudan. Our graduation project focused on reducing inefficient power loss by improving power factor through the use of capacitors. We successfully minimized power loss and decreased ineffective power consumption. The project was conducted at Kenana Sugar Company in White Nile State, Sudan.
