Model apartments in a variety of scenarios for a major New York City builder in NYC and Tuckahoe, NY; Horse farm in Pawling, NY; Shoe designer’s studio in Greenwich, CT; Primary and Seasonal homes, including: the Hamptons, NY; Watch Hill, RI; Palm Beach, FL; Greenwich, CT; Rye, NY; and Washington, D.C., with the design and construction supervision of exterior pools, hardscaping and landscaping

Recent Projects Include:

Spearheaded a $10 million renovation of a historic boutique hotel in New York City while efficiently managing both budget and timeframe, and complying with city code restrictions. This project focused on redesign of the exterior entry way and marquee, as well as all interior lobby spaces; Designed an innovative restaurant interior for a two-Michelin star chef in New York City, including restaurant specific details such as custom tableware design; Redesigned hotel lobby of a boutique hotel in New York Food Network, Riverside, CT Assistant Prop Designer 2005

• Selected props and determined appropriate displays for an on-site filming of a chef’s weekly daytime show Pretty Things Boutique, Greenwich, CT Proprietor 1999 - 2002

• Established and financed a retail store specializing in home accessories, lighting, antiques, and vintage linens
